I mean it really depends on the reasoning for their breakup. If it's something that can never be fixed to work then yes they won't get together. I know it's unlikely but not impossible.

See I just read that there were at different places in their lives so to me maybe it will be the right time for the two of them eventually.

I heard that they first broke up because they were too busy with their own careers to spend enough time with each other/or that they wanted to focus on their careers more.....something like that.... and when they finally got back together again, it does suck it still didn't work out for their relationship. *sigh*

The first time they broke up, they did though say something along the lines of wanting to focus on their careers if I'm not wrong but I'm not so sure about what actually drove them apart the second time they broke up though.

Yeah they got back together a second time but only briefly. *sigh*

Btw has anyone seen this interview yet, so telepathically cute here I thought how both Ryan and Rachel had the same answers to the interviewer's question about crying to the notebook movie.
