Rachel can pull off anything even polka dots. I've never noticed her necklace before, but it's so pretty too. |

The sky blue is a lovely color on Rachel.

Overall, I like it.
I think it works well for her and my favorite part are the shoes. Plus, the color of the top is nice on Rachel, even though it's not my favorite print. |
