Yeah also it is not just a Hollywood problem it is also a problem of society in general. Hollywood is for the most part, like under industries is a reflection and a microcosm of our society. I think Hollywood deserves to be called out but also other industries where the public eye is not a strong. I hope these actions can have a change on society and business hierarchy.

At least the one bright spot is that the younger generations of people are getting it, that women are not intended to be herded around and are co-equal.

Yeah I read the quote earlier and that was awful for Rachel. You need a tough skin it seems if they won't even talk to you in the audition. I'm glad she loved making Morning glory!
