I get why they laugh in the scene on the lake but I just find the moment when it cuts to her laughing so weird...I always think of it being in a montage of cheesy moments But I love the scene on the lake overall - it's just very beautiful.

That was quite intense, which I liked. And it also led to a quite intense (for a PG-13 movie) love scene.

He and Allie were from different social classes, too, so maybe that's why Allie didn't suffer as much as he did. He had to work really hard, and he also fixed up their dream house all by himself. I found that amazing, by the way. And sweet.

Allie, on the other hand, seemed to be just skipping through life, having fun, and dating Lon.

I remembered the voiceover saying that Allie was in her 3rd year of college when she volunteered as a nurse in the war. And they she met back with Noah when she was 24...so I guess she was about 20 when she met Lon?

1) I think the movie could've been a little longer and had a different ending I'd give it a 7 out of 10

3) Jackson, because I mean come on! He's freaking badass, and I just love how charming yet calculated he is.

6) I feel like Lisa became a much stronger person by the end of the movie. I love that she was able to take care of herself.

7) Jackson evolved from feeling like he was invincible to being taken down many notches.

8) Jackson and Lisa are similar in that they're both people pleasers. They know the right things to say to people to influence someone else's mood. They're different in many ways, mainly on what they believe is right and wrong.

9) I definitely think Lisa was attracted to Jackson up until she found out what he wanted. It's hard to tell whether or not Jackson was, but I bet he was.

10) I don't think he's one-dimensional. He just needed to get the job done, and that's all there is to it. I think Lisa could tell there was another side to him, that he easily could've been the charming man she met in the airport with a job in business. I doubt he did since he does things like that all the time.

11) I think Lisa was trying to get him off his game, so he'd be a little distracted. I liked his response, it wasn't necessarily comforting but it wasn't rude either.

12) Jackson was probably going to kill Lisa cuz otherwise I don't see why he would've followed. I don't think Lisa wanted to kill Jackson, maybe just knock him unconscious until the police arrived
