I bet that even when Stuart did learn to step back & let Farkle make his own decisions, he would still be right there wanting to know every single choice Farkle ever made

^ That does sound like Stuart. Stuart would want to make sure he has a good idea what Farkle is thinking.

Do you think Stuart would try to nudge Farkle to make choices that would get him on the path that he wants him to be on?

I think every now & then he would, I don't think he could ever fully get rid of that instinct

^ I think so too. Stuart has very specific plans for Farkle, so if and when Farkle chooses a different path (like when he told him that he wants to go wherever his friends go), Stuart has a hard time accepting it.

I wish we had gotten to see what Farkle finally decides to do about his post-secondary life, especially Stuart's reaction to those plans. You can bet that it would have been quite an entertaining moment.

Nothing was more entertaining than Stuart having someone or something not go according to/follow through with his plans.

Something tells me that Farkle would most definitely throw Stuart's plans out of the window, because he has his own plans. =p

That would have been fun to see! We needed more Jennifer/Farkle and Minkus family moments.

^ I wanted that! I'm sure there were going to be plenty of moments where Stuart and Jennifer disagreed about something concerning Farkle. It would have been fun to see them work through those disagreements and find a happy middle.

^ Oh, I'm sure. I can't imagine it was easy for Stuart or Farkle to say no to Jennifer, or to disagree with her, so they just gave her what she wanted.

^ Me too. I'm sure Stuart and Farkle will need to come up with a detailed plan with at least three back-up plans when they want to make sure they get Jennifer to let them have things their way.

Ooh, that might be the best way to handle it, to think 10 steps ahead & maybe try to find a way to get Jennifer to choose something that was what they already wanted
