Well, when we did meet Jack it was clear that he hadn't been in contact with Eric & Rachel, so we don't know who else he may have drifted away from & then there's just the things like how he wasn't as Shawn's wedding & he wasn't even mentioned....

Well, keeping in contact with friends is not the same as keeping in contact with a brother, especially when we saw that they both wanted to make up for lost time.

As for Jack not being at Shawn's wedding...I'm with Rose on this one. I've always thought that TPTB couldn't get Matthew and that they didn't think mentioning Jack in any of Rider's episodes was something that was necessary/had time for.

^ In a way, TPTB not confirming what Shawn and Jack's relationship is like now is a blessing. I can just imagine that things are good and that they're the best of buds.

^ Thankfully, I have a good brain so I can come up with lots of great Shawn/Jack moments to fill in the blanks.

I think my favorite headcanon is that they have monthly catch-up dinners and weekly phone calls/e-mails. I just love thinking that they keep in touch and share news about their successes and their failures.

^ Yes! In my head, two guys, regardless of their age, totally spend hours at a time gaming.

Gaming is an excellent bonding activity and these guys would jump at the chance to bond with each other.

^ Oh, yes. I can imagine them completely focused on the games while they're playing them with the occasional comment here and there to see what's new...but then they would take breaks and they would get into the deep stuff.
