^ Seeing these two crazy kids in a relationship when they're older is something that I really wish we could see. Right now, all I can do is imagine them as teenagers, especially if there are other people who are drawn to one or the other. Imagine jealous!Ava or jealous!Auggie dealing with that situation. It would be scary and entertaining. I would definitely be on board with that.

Oh gosh... Girls might hit on him and he wouldn't think too much of it but then he'd see her seething and realize what's up

^ You think Auggie would be oblivious to other girls showing their interest in him...until he would see how it was affecting Ava? I completely agree with that. I think he would be like a lot of boys who are clueless about girls' being drawn to them.
 And I think she's such a strong character now, so imagine her in a few years. She would be an even more confident teenager. She would be so amused by guys trying to chat her up when she would be with Auggie, and she would entertain them for a moment, but in the end, she would shut it down.  I just love imagining them as teenagers.  __________________

^ No wonder they butt heads from time to time. They really are very similar.
 I should post some of the gifs that I've come across where you can see the similarities between Cory/Topanga and Auggie/Ava.  I'm sorry, love. I tried to prepare you for it, but it occurs to me that no amount of preparation will ever be enough when we're dealing with those pesky feels.    __________________
