I feel like Lucas has way more embarrassing stories and secrets, so he either has to prepare himself for when Zay accidentally-on-purpose reveals them, or he has to have a few Zay embarrassing stories and secrets in his back pocket so that he can return the favor and try to embarrass Zay.

I can see that being the case. I'm sure there are some really good/embarrassing stories that Lucas can reveal about Zay.

It looks like Lucas sometimes doesn't know his own strength, and Zay is on the receiving end of his strength.

^ Oh, yeah. I think they both liked sports and they tried out together so that they could spend time together. I wonder how old Zay was when it hit him that, of the two of them, Lucas could be labelled a star athlete more often, and Zay was usually the supporting player and cheerleader for him.

It was probably early on, because I just get the feeling that Lucas & Zay's dynamic has stayed the same pretty much their whole lives

I still like to believe that there were plenty of moments where Zay got a chance to shine as a star athlete and Lucas had to deal with having an off-day, like we saw in Girl Meets Permanent Record.
