^ I completely agree. Some of the best love stories have plenty of romantic ups and downs before they get their happy endings. I'm sure Lucas and Maya's love story would have been worth every romantic up and down.

^ That's true. I have yet to watch a show where I've thought that TPTB have done a good job of writing a triangle.

Right? Some of my favorite Lucas/Maya moments have had Lucas reacting to something Maya has said or done, and vice versa. I loved those hints that they did enjoy each other's company.

^ Exactly. I think we were at the beginning of Lucas and Maya's love story. TPTB were taking their time to get Lucas and Maya to the right time and right place. It's a shame that time ran out before they got to that point.
