^ Exactly. I don't think either one of them expected that their connection would get to the father/son stage when Mr. Turner offered Shawn a roof and a window to crawl out of.

^ Exactly. I love that Mr. Turner took on that responsibility and challenge of being Shawn's foster dad/guardian. I don't doubt for a moment that Shawn felt loved and cared for during those months that he stayed with Mr. Turner.

^ Oh, yes. Since Shawn knew what a shift it was going to be for Mr. Turner to go from being a cool, single guy to being a cool, foster dad/guardian, it must have meant a lot to Shawn when Mr. Turner chose to take him in.

^ Oh, no! I forgot about that. Poor Shawn. He must have thought he would always be welcome at the Matthews house.
 Ooh, yeah. I think Mr. Turner's main issue was that he had to get Shawn to actually pay attention to him when he talked to him or when he taught him lessons.      __________________
