ETA: I always loved it when TPTB would drop a Eric/Jack/Rachel scene on us every once in a while, especially when they weren't roommates anymore. It was great to see them re-connecting because it reminded me how well their group dynamic worked.

Jack could have held onto that IOU that Rachel gave him for a very long time, and he could have asked her for just about anything and she would have granted it. Why do you think he asked her for a PB and J sandwich?

=) I also wonder what Eric would have asked her for if he had been the person who saved Rachel's life.

I think so too. It was important to the group dynamic that Jack's idea of cashing in his IOU was to ask Rachel for a PB and J sandwich. He and Rachel became even and Eric didn't have to worry about what Jack was going to ask Rachel for. It brought peace and harmony to them, which I'm sure they all appreciated.

I love that moment! My favorite part is when Rachel gloated that the Dahm triplets had ditched Eric and Jack for those triplets.

^ I think so too. They were just so mesmerized by the fact that there were three girls who looked like one another that nothing else, not even their friendships with Rachel, registered in their minds.

I'm glad Rachel didn't let the guys off the hook when they didn't appreciate her until after the Dahm triplets ditched them.
