^ That fact made for some hilarious moments though.
For example, the whole 'do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth so help you God' episode. Shawn and all of the viewers knew that it wasn't going to end well for him to speak without a filter with Topanga, but he kept falling into the trap every single time. __________________

^ They just never listen to their best friends which always get them in trouble.
  Why don't they ever listen?  This scene suddenly flashed through my head as I was thinking about Cory, Topanga and Shawn as a trio...and then I came across the gif set. What timing.             x There are quite a few things about that gif set that I really love...but I'll hold off until you share some of your thoughts on it.   __________________

^ Shawn said that kissing Topanga would be like kissing Cory. My question is...how would he know? When did he kiss Cory?
   Plus there was the part you mentioned. Why was he hoping that Cory would walk in the day after the honeymoon and have the marriage annulled if a part of him wasn't looking forward to marrying Topanga?  Wait a minute. He's in love with both of them! That explains it!   __________________
