^ I can buy that. I'm sure there were also a few Christmas breaks where either the Matthews family or Mr. Feeny went out of town for a few days or a week. That must have made it easier for them to avoid each other.

^ I think so too. It's Mr. Feeny's instinct to help Cory with whatever problem or concern that he has.

Aw, I love that moment so much! Cory realizing that Mr. Feeny was going to play an important role in his life and thanking him, even though he didn't know why yet, seemed to touch Mr. Feeny.

^ Yes, it is. Considering how difficult it was for Mr. Feeny to figure out if he had gotten through to Cory, Mr. Feeny must not have expected Cory to tell him in that moment that he had been paying attention to the lessons that he had taught him, and that he was looking forward to the lessons that he was going to teach him.
