She had them tonight. And like last time they did the shots in the legs. She had been fussing till right before I came home.

We were lucky it cooled down a lot tonight, opened up some windows when I got home and I think I managed to lower about 5°. Now I’m crossing my fingers there’s no bugs tonight to sleep.

Of course Margo is not comfortable after getting her shots and with the heatwave!

At least is better at night, one year I froze water in a plastic bottle and then fell asleep hugging the bottle :lol:

We survived the 33! And it’s officially the 5th year in a row we’ve had a heatwave. Records are being broken. :lol: wouldn’t mind not having it anymore

Margo had her first non-milk feeding! And she liked it and almost ate it all. We figured she was ready for it (we’re allowed to start at 4months) and just tried. First up was veggies, we might try to add fruit to the schedule next weekend. Changing one thing at a time.

I was watching the news and is a terrible heatwave.

Yup! We started with patato/carrots which was advised because of the sweet taste. I’ll get the info through to daycare so they can also start her on veggies and she’ll have different flavors everyday. I’m hoping fruit will go as smoothly.
