It would be really great. Theater or a movie or even a TV project. They worked so well together.

Thanks for this. I had to laugh so hard when nobody noticed the big George thing at the end. Did they skip the last line or what?

So what does the George line mean? Is he really in love with him not Izzie, or does he just miss him as a friend?

I want to know.

I'm a huge George/Alex slasher, so in my mind, it was that he was in love with George. Not to say that maybe he wasn't in love with Izzie, but George had been the one to have the biggest impact on him. If you notice, Meredith actually does say in one of the paragraphs that Alex had been in love with someone before Izzie.

And I know! I kept reading the reviews and none of them mentioned the last line. Not even the ones from the people I know are Gex shippers. :rolls eyes: Haha. That's what I get for being vague, I guess.

LOL, well I think that last line was pretty clear but maybe you should point out to them.

That,s what I thought it was too, that Mer was the only one who knew Alex was in love with George especially since she mentioned him confiding to her even more than to Izzie.

Heh...heh...as far as I know...there is no next part. I don't even know if he lived. I went into the fic with the first line in my head and the last line. Everything else...that's up to you guys.

I thought it was the end too but all the posters seemed convinced there was a follow-up.

As much as I hate death, I think if he died, it would be more powerful because suicide is a serious issue.

Alex went through so much hell and lost so many people that, even if he is strong, I could see him self-destructing.

A follow-up to the fic would be interesting though. Mer blaming herself for not being able to stop her really good friend. Izzie coming back and thinking this is her fault, and Mer debating whether to tell her about George and Alex or not.

You can see I thought a lot about this.

I read you did others George and Alex slash fics. I would love to read some.
