Well now we know he was in a wheelchair. And I like that they've made it realistic but I hope ep 10 is the last one with him bedridden.

hate to tell ya, but surviving electrocution like that is a miracle. If they had him up and running just a few episodes after the premier, I would have been very disappointed. From the minute we knew what happened to him, I knew (or at least hoped) they would go long with that storyline.

They always heal super quickly in Grey's. And it's nice to have realism but I think it's been long enough

Plus, I think a lot of time has passed in the show since the premiere and now.

it has, yes, but remember he was pretty sick there for a while......couldn't swallow, ect. Plus....don't want to offend anyone, but his age could have a bit to do with that as well. Also, for a while he had given up which set his recovery back.
