The minute she threw him out of her house of course. But it really was the scene, they are just so adorable together and how she doesn't remember his name and is like "When I get here you won't be here so bye... um.. umm", "Derek" "Right, Meredith" and then she runs up the stairs. Also just the way he looks at her even in the pilot, you can see he really likes her already. And they were both so cute in that scene, how could someone not faill in love with them?

When she comes out of surgery and says "I don't know why anyone does drugs" he gives her this perfect look when he says "yeah". Already showing that he likes her so much.

It was all over from there for me.

I think the actual moment I loved them was when they saw each other at the hospital. Derek's double take was amazing.

I agree. And their exchange afterwards when he pulled her aside. I knew they were going to be a fave couple of mine.
