Right now they are lost, not communicating and like in a different place..
It's like the VO said, things are going to get worse, before they are going to get better. To find each other and for them to be, THEM. Does that make any sense?  |

Same, I feel like I'm going crazy, thinking and thinking omg
 Bring it I say Ready for the bumpy ride. Last episode even if they shared a 20 sec scene, the patients sls were pretty much about them. You could also tell from their expressions they were thinking about each other and their situation. |

And they talked about each other a lot too.
The whole hospital was talking about them too. It's nice to see them as the central focus again. |

They lost themselves in S10, and they're still lost. It's going to take time for them to find each other again and remember why they love each other.
Right now, I think Derek is confused and hurt, because he thought Meredith would go with him, and now she's not and it looks like she doesn't want him at all. Though she doesn't mean to come off like that; it just does. She doesn't want either of them to resent each other, which makes it tricky. |

Yes, we said it last season how they kinda lost each other last season. They were parents, and busy with work, than the promise was broken, than the DC things and disagreeing with it. All of it together.
