I totally see it being her in the car crash and she'll end up in a coma/episode 16 will be her dream.

Imagine Derek freaking out. It'll be similar to season 3 when Mer drowned, but yet so different since their relationship is very different now. They're stronger (though we don't know what will happen between them in upcoming episodes. Even if they're both fighting to make it work, the distance will definitely test them).

Maybe we're right and it's her. It would also be their wake up call, that they can't be living apart... it's really sad when you think about Meredith and the kids/and Derek alone in DC. They are a family.

I miss baby Bailey so much Plus I hate that in the first scene when Derek was looking at the photo it was one with him/Mer and Zola only! There should be more with Bailey.

I asked the editor if there's MD scenes in ep11, he replied ''my lips are sealed'' darn.

I don't understand why they couldn't have a pic of the whole family. They seem to have forgotten they have a little boy, like they forgot about Zola last year. We've seen Zola twice this season.

Come onnnn... and what happened to Amelia taking the kids for pizza? Was it cut?

However, I do think they've been moving scenes around this season. For example, it was said in 11x5 that Richard would go to Bailey for advice. We saw that in 11x8... so maybe we'll get something in a later episode.
