Maggie and DeLuca are like the fist on the eye. Maggie has felt obliged same for him and made himself very worried about DeLuca.

Just my thoughts because of what we saw in the premiere. There weren't any signs that door was still open.

Now that Maggie's been rejected by Riggs, she might lean on DeLuca because she knows him and the ex (especially the good ones) are always a safe fall-back option. But I don't think they'll ever get back together.

Why not ? Nathan wants Maggie not and they must realize that and do not act as personal stalker from Nathan. And she goes, I think also DeLuca again after some time, when she realizes that Nathan and Meredith are together.

They were really great together.I hope he'll get back with Maggie...not now, but maybe in the middle of the season. They are still alive and this is the Grey's Anatomy so anything could happen. In addition Maggie needs somebody but the show doesn't need a new actor. I think they just needed to break up to make Meredith's relationship (with Nathan) more difficult (drama, drama, drama...).

The Maggie and DeLuca get back together, we all seem obvious. There is even an interview about which they again become a couple in the 13 season.
But what else, it would be strange if DeLuca's mentor Meredith would.

They needed Maggie for the love triangle SL. I don't think DeLuca has any interest in Maggie. And I doubt they will reconcile. Why? Maggie has a crush on Nathan, DeLuca on Jo.
