After watching the new episode I have the feeling they try to make Jo "Izzie no 2". All the stuff with the patient, showing heart and ignoring Owen's orders is so typical. That's how Izzie was and behaved in the first seasons. And that she said that she didn't like Alex. And his reaction of what she did reminded me totally of Alex/Izzie. I think it's on purpose that they show her that way. Shonda didn't want KH back, but she knew that the audience missed Izzie. And now she brought her back in the figure of Jo.
