Well after all Arizona's "just talk....explain what happened" was what got her talking...
Callie sure is a professional, but being that nervous can make even the best seem like a rambling fool.

Sometimes there are fears that seem overrated to a normal person who hasn't experienced them. I think the writers did not seem to intentionally make her seem incompetent... I think they were just trying to a show a different side of her.

Ari yelling "Just talk..." I don't think she meant it in a rude manner. She meant more of like... just be natural... just tell us about it.

I kinda wondered why she didn't just say that she couldn't do it....But that would really be OOC, and I guess Derek really wanted everyone to know about the great case with the man with the weird legs. And then Callie also had the opportunity to show everyone that she ROCKS

What I loved about it ... the whole stage fright thing... that made her so bad a.s.s. is that she didn't give up. She didn't walk off the stage or when Derek offered it to her, she didn't refuse. She rocked on
