The interns' promotion was announced in June last year, so I wonder if they'll announce in June. I'd imagine they'd announce for sure by July - when filming for S11 starts. They're still planning next year's story, plus I'm sure they need to have contracts negotiated before making anything officially announced.

She doesn't like living in Derek's shadow is all, which is understandable. Doesn't sound like Derek will be there much anyway. I think they brought Amelia in for Mer, to be honest.

Though it'll be weird if Maggie (her new sister) suddenly wants to be involved with the kids' lives.

That would just be awkward!

Just so everyone knows, when Meredith Grey points at Cristina and starts bobbing her head a little when the music starts, she is the most adorable thing to exist in the universe.
