I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow.

I bought a mattress topper for my bed. The springs were poking me and Jade came over yesterday and helped put it on with clean sheets. It feels so good now. I have a hospital bed in my living room because I can't go upstairs and climb into my bed. I like living downstairs.

Before my mom got sick and passed away, it was the plan for me to move downstairs, so I did after she passed away.

My appointment went well. I am going to stick to the new diet I am on, I am a diabetic and it is helping me. I am losing weight, not sure how much because I can't stand on a stale.
