I don't like this Severide line, love his character without Erin, and don't feel any chemistry at all. So I believe if Jay or Erin will have a different relationships with other people, but not these two

Erin/Kelly thing - just a fling. He could be even just a tool for Erin to scare Jay away. Also, I think Kelly has issues with having chemistry with lady friends tbh and Erin is no exception. The only female he has real chemistry is Shay imo...
