She doesn't but I think she is seeing that Jay will not judge her and can be honest with him. I think if she has had bad experiences with boyfriends then she may be hesitant to not be hurt.

I agree...and Erin will probably be trying to act like a mature one, not letting her feelings get in the way of their work relationship but we know she'll fail eventually at putting up that front...

I srsly thought they were going to go for it and kiss...I mean they were just inches apart and all those looks...I was certain it will happen and as much as I want this I was screaming internally NOOOOOOOO, NOT YET!
