Yeah, I heard the "he" part too, so I'm pretty sure it was a boy as well.

I'm not convinced it's his brother though. But I could be wrong.

I hope we get to find out more about what happened to his brother. I liked getting to see more of his backstory.

I was rewatching the episode and Jay called the parents of that boy by their first names. I'd say that means it's definitely not his brother...

That's right I forgot he did call them by their first names so I guess that more than likely wasn't his brother. I wonder if that was his first case he ever had and he never quite let go of it so he always kept in touch with the boy's parents

either way I hope to find out more about all of it. It's clear that it does haunt Jay.

I was thinking the same but then I wondered if he'd be allowed get so involved if it was his first case? They're going to delve more into it tonight so it should be good.
