When she tried to help with Ethan's sister in the beginning and then later on when his sister had a baby, etc.

I found that arc to be up and down for her, she was frustrating at times, like when she basically said ruled out abortion because she didn't believe in it as if that choice had anything to do with her, and when she ended things with Ethan because he did what she asked and took care of his sister. There were great moments, but also not so great ones.
