I like Ty's personally but I brought Carmen's Debbie Downer one over from the ep thread anyway:

"No one listened to him, and it ended in disaster"

I felt bad for him tonight for the most part. He has to bear the brunt of the responsibility for a disaster that wasn't remotely his doing. (I stated elsewhere that I wished he'd shown a little more fire with Dana, that's really my only quibble). But I LOVED his boss-ness in the scene where he was telling everybody there would be changes. I thought it was really hot. I was glad he was the one to call Will, too. We don't get many scenes with those two interacting but I like when we do (and it was a nice parallel to last season's calling Alicia, too, in a way).

I agree Megan no one listened to him and look where it got him. I thought the conversation with Will was so honest!

he is a sad lost puppy. That's all I can think of when I see scenes with him lately. Especially in the first scene

Sounds like we have a title then, mine and Ty's are very similar Wish we would have had a happy scene last night, but I didn't expect one. I miss him smiling I don't remember the last time we saw him happy.

I am glad he was the one who called Will too. Even though his voice broke my heart.

the phone scene (or the look on his face) in that scene actually really reminded me of the scene after the shooting with Kalinda in his office. Same look

There something about Cary, a phone, a Chicago view and a pensive/sad look that made that scene so good! Why can't we have more of this? Why????
That scene was also really sad from a Cary's point of view. While Will has many people around him who celebrated his victory at the end of the day Cary's always alone...and I really think he doesn't deserve it.

If you look back to earlier seasons, just looking at how much he has changed, its just crazy. I mean some of the changes have been for the better IMO, like his confidence and how good he is in court and all that, but him just being singled out to be all alone, just not right
