Me too, its hilarious Sad at the same time though if you think about it.

Well that was the episode. Got 3 Cary scenes.

Not a big fan of the promo for next week.

But then I adore TGW's very own Hannibal Lector, so I guess liking Bishop shouldn't be any surprise.

Some reviews

Quote:
Cary could very easily become the weakest link at Lockhart/Gardner, like the sniveling suck-up he used to be, using any means necessary to get ahead. But something in him has changed and I really think he feels loyal to not only Will and Diane, but Alicia as well. Even when approached by the board-appointed financial trustee to essentially become a tattletale, he stayed his ground. Granted, he ended up with half of Alicia’s office to show for it, but I genuinely believe he didn’t do that intentionally. Now that he and Alicia are office mates, perhaps we’ll get a few new team work antics the likes of which we haven’t seen for quite some time. That, or they’ll kill each other. B-

Finally, Clarke finally seems to be up to something, giving Cary an office with Alicia and asking him to be his eyes and ears in the office. Hey, at least it’ll give Cary something to do? I for one want to know more about that blonde possible prostitute he was counseling in his office this week. Not enough Cary, folks. Never enough Cary.

“I’d hate to limit your scope,” Hayden says to Cary, in that excellently layered moment where he tells him he’s getting an office (sort of). Hayden, we’re not completely sure what your motives are yet, but we feel the same way.

I like Bishop, I am just worried about other things. And sad Cary isn't in it again tbh.

Like the first review especially so well worded and true.

I have to say, this episode was a step in the right direction. It was a breath of fresh air to move away from the Fifty Shades of Crazy that the Kalinda (Archie Panjabi) story line has spiraled into. That, combined with Cary (Matt Czuchry) having honest to goodness lines and ultimately pointing out the winning move in the case to Diane, Will and Alicia was a nice improvement.

The Nathan Lane role as court appointed trustee Clarke Hayden still isn’t quite working for me. He’s not a good enough foil or a good enough ally. The most he did this episode was force Alicia and Cary to start sharing an office. At least this means we may start seeing more of Cary.

What was the Trustee's purpose in assigning Cary to work in Alicia's office?
Tiffany: It makes perfect business sense for the Trustee to pair up attorneys who like each other to work in the same offices, but it seems impractical given the confidential nature of some of the meetings and phone calls they need to conduct. It also made a funny situation for Alicia and Cary to deal with, but I'm not sure it is practical for even the show. It's not only going to drive Alicia and Cary a bit nuts, but viewers too.
Christine: I'm for anything that gives Cary more screen time. I understand the goal of using all available office space now that they've lost the 27th floor but it seems like a huge liability having clients overhear one another's cases. That said, it is hilarious, so I'm all for it.
Carla: While putting lawyers into shared offices makes sense in a logistical way, it easily could bring down the morale of the office. As far as Alicia and Cary are concerned, I'm not sure what the Trustee is doing, but he's a smart guy and I wouldn't doubt that he has a plan in play.
