So not right. He didn't deserve to get accused like that. I mean, I totally see that she was scrambling around for someone to blame at the office, but still not right accusing our boy!! Eli totally made her suspect him too, as soon as he mentioned if anybody at the office had it out for her, she made a beeline for him, and of course they had to do a close up of him on his damn phone. God forbid he was on his lunch and on his phone! Everybody checks their phone during lunch and all that, its normal. His reaction was totally right, he ought to be pissed at her for that. Next week is going to be full of awkward tension till she gives him an apology, and it better be a good one at that!

I am curious to see how their scenes would be, but in the scene that followed that confrontation I noticed nothing awkward between them, but maybe that was them being professional?!?!

I would say that is them being professional but I doubt Cary will act towards like nothing happened. Poor baby was definitely hurt by it

Things seemed somewhat awkward, but it was hard to tell being we didn't get a scene with just the two of them afterwards, there was always people around them. Alicia looked guilty a little bit, but thats about it. She needs to do some major apologizing next week, to get back on Carys good graces again, as well as mine, I didn't like how she handled herself in general in this ep. Not just with the whole cary thing, but with the fight with Peter and how she handled the kids. I should complain about that in TGW thread though.

I can see that happening too, unfortunetly. Being the competition is heating up between them, it would somewhat make sense. I would hate it, but its a big possibility.
