Well, Homicide was a much darker show, so they never got the confession, it haunted Kyle Secor for the rest of the show, he ended up killing another suspect to another crime, Andre's character had to arrest him, and on SVU Munch vaguely alluded that he committed suicide. Heh. But I had faith B99 wasn't going that route

On a happy note, FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS IS BACK BABY. It's streaming on Amazon Prime now! ***hugs iPad***

That does sound pretty dark lol, definitely wouldn't see B99 going there.

Awesome, FNL is such an amazing show.

Yeah, B99 doesn't go that dark, lol.

I was crushed when Netflix took FNL away.

Well, Netflix’s loss is Amazon’s gain!

I watched the Paterno movie on HBO- Al Pacino was terrific, as was Greg Grunberg as Joe Paterno's son Scott, but I sort of thought the most interesting part of the movie was about the journalist, Sara Ganim, and thought maybe it should have been focused on her instead.

That said, the final three minutes were chilling, as Paterno sort of acknowledged to himself that he'd known all along, or at least suspected, what Sandusky was, as Sara got the call from a victim who said he'd reported Sandusky to Paterno in 1976.

It was only about a 90 minute movie, spanning the week or so of the scandal and immediate fall-out, although there were definitely flashbacks involved.

Oh, how I will not miss Paul Ryan.

It was kind of surreal, because Pacino truly becomes Joe Paterno. It was almost like he was alive again.
