I think the issue with The OC was not that it was a TV show in general - it was how many episodes a season it churned out and its soapy nature. It led to a tonnnnnnn of exposition in every episode and that is one area where I can tell Mischa's heart is just not in it, lol.

I can't even really blame them, the writing was so bad and there were clearly a lot of issues behind the cameras.

Yep, and I wasn't even mad at Ben about it, the show was dumb, lol, but funny that Mischa gets judged for something Ben was more overt about.
