Mischa Barton - Magical Mischa - because she loves to be fooled

I've read in several interviews and articles that Mischa is quite a big fan of magic, and enjoys going to watch magic shows. So I thought it would be fun to have a thread where we can talk about this slightly unusual aspect of Mischa's personality.

So what does everyone else think about Mischa's interest in magic? Cool? Uncool? Quirky? Fun?

And has anyone ever come across anything interesting regarding her love of magic?

I don't think I even recall her discussing her magical side.

But I would love to see her in the Now You See Me franchise. Love those movies.

That would be interesting, and given her interest in magic, I think she'd go for it.

As for her mentioning it, she did post this on Twitter a few years back:

There's also this newspaper website article from 2008 about her being absolutely captivated by Dynamo and even wanting to book him for her own party.

I've also read a couple of interviews with her where she does mention that she's interested in magic and is friends with a few magicians - although she doesn't say who. She's also said that she's even been sawed in half quite a few times by them!

Found one of the articles where she mentions her interest in magic, from 2009.

Back before Google ruined YouTube, there were a bunch of priceless videos there. But now with all this copyright stuff, everything gets taken down.

Yeah, it's really frustrating sometimes. I guess it's because the big media companies have woken up to the power of the Internet.

Something else that really frustrates me is that there's a number of far eastern video sites that could have some good Mischa stuff on them that we've never seen before, but I can never get the videos to play.

And the descriptions are no help either, because all I see is a line of empty squares!
