And I liked working on the reference desk - it wasn't a snap decision to leave that part of the library. But this is just...less stressful, lol. And my schedule is a lot more flexible. I don't even remember how I used to do retail tbh.

I make so much more money now on a relatively easier job, lol. My current career requires plenty of education, training, and experience, but does not reduce me to tears the way retail used to.
