Most of my experience is in retail, but I think I'd like to work at the school in one of the offices or just in a receptionist type position. I'd be good to work with retail again too, at least for a little bit.

I'd say for retail it's difficult to find a job here because most of the college kids get jobs in summer before the term starts, and they won't leave until graduation or the following summer. I had a good retail job up until last summer (2016), but I quit to focus on school, and also my job was in chaos due to management changes.

There are lots of office jobs available and other things, but those are usually full-time jobs, which don't work with my school schedule.

I graduate undergrad in May, but then next year (2018-19) I will have full time student teaching + night classes, so can't really work then either. Just looking for something mainly for next semester + summer.

That's the hard part - finding a job which fits in with what you need. So many people would turn you away because you don't fit in with their needs. There'd also be a limited amount of jobs which do fit in that I'd imagine too? Most of which, as you said, already snatched up by other students. Maybe you need a work at home type of job where you can get paid to do things that you do in your own time? Be a secret shopper if you've got them over there? How about cafe's? That's not quite retain, but its serving people
