I don't know about Amanda. But Lily was a rebel,

Lily, Logan, Weevil and maybe ? (I am not sure if I can interpret it this way) even Veronica were rebels.

Wallace, Meg, Duncan, Piz, Keith and perhaps Mac were not rebels.

As I said before, I am not sure about Veronica She was vengeful, but this might not mean rebellious.
