I miss Roswell. I remember I used to be so obsessed with that show...and now it's gone. I've been watching smallville though, I rent it from Netflix, like a dork...hehe.

Smallville is cool ... but it's no Roswell. Not even close.

I miss it too.

I guess since I don't expect Smallville to be like Roswell, I enjoy it more. And I'm more of a Superman fan than a teenage alien fan. Just me.

Im a huge Superman fan, I just think Roswell had ongoing storylines and episodes overlapping into each other, and Smallville doesn't do that. And sometimes, Smallville comes off very Hallmark. Like tied up neatly with a little quote at the end. I don't know, is it just me?

Might be. Smallville isn't supposed to be a dark, involved mini-drama. I mean, it's based on a comic book, so problem-minimal struggle-resolution is just the way things go. And every episode isn't like that either.

But, y'know, different strokes.

Yeah, I know. But, alot of them have a very "Hallmark" type ending. Especially in the first season.

I don't know I enjoy watching 'Smallville', but I like watching it all at once (DVD) as opposed to weekly (TV). I get a better aspect of the show and the character development when I watch it all at once.

I hope they decide to bring Lois back for another season. I think she's great on the show with Chloe and especially Clark. Since we all know how it ends, the anticipation is gonna suck, Cause you'll be like ... not yet.

I wonder what the direction of the show will be next season. It's like a blank canvas. Is it even going to be in Smallville, or Metropolis? I can't wait to see what the writers do with the transition. And I wonder who is not going to be around next year, because not all of them can be, unless it's done right.

My only peeve about this season is that there using Lana too much in BS story archs, and not using Lex enough, when originally I thought they were setting something up in the premiere. Then he hasn't been around as much.

I'm actually kind of mad they brought Lois into this...I mean, I'm glad they used Erica, and I think she brings a nice dynamic to the cast. But it really f's up my chi messing with the Superman universe/course of events. Creative license, whatever, it's not supposed to happen.

I've been tired of Lana for a while, so using her in all the plot lines gets on my nerves more than anything.

I just hope they don't screw anything up with the potential Chlarkness now that Chloe knows -- they did say that Clark was going to have "romance" this season...it can't be Lois, and I'll shoot myself if it's Lana, so that only leaves one person. Pipe dreams, I know. A girl can wish.

Wasn't Alicia his romance?

Yeah, that would be cool if Chloe and Clark got together. It would pob last an episode or two, but it would be nice.

Well if she was, that's the suckiest romance to date. I mean, it was sweet that they shared secrets and trusted each other, but it was way too short-lived to be something that TPTB would be excited about, IMO.

I liked Roswell until they made the stupid move to have Alex die and Tess be the killer. Such a cop-out.

Yea ... I wasn't a fan of that either.

I refuse to believe S3 existed. I live in the land of Season 1 and part of Season 2.

...those are good seasons to live in. The show was so innocent and yet so hardcore and original. It was a good watch while I was interested.

OT of Roswell v. Smallville, I'm excited for Rory/Logan goodies on GG next week -- heated make-out sessions at group parties? I'm all for that, dude.

You're tellin' me?

I'm seriously considering giving up my Brad icon for a week or so and taking advantage of the hot new R/L goodies I snagged.
