So what does everyone think about the movie/Scotts part, based on the info we have?

Eta - Up at imdb.com it says the premiere for the US is the 15 November 2005 in San Rafael, California

I can totally picture him in this role after reading the sites. It´s different from his role on GG, but there are also some similarities character-wise. I´m really looking forward to see him playing a husband and father of a teenage girl.

November 15th already? That´s cool. That will probably get us some nice pics from the premiere.

I hope it doesn´t take too long till the movie comes to Europe.

Did we see these storyboards yet? It´s nice to see a drawing of Scott, they captured his muscular arms pretty well.

I think its a typical dad with greater expectations for his daughter than he realises. I'm guessing that last part we have from the sids (the one that he's observing he little girls play) will be the moment he realises that

if I`m getting it right Gil(Scott) is separated with his wife but not divorced right? and cause it`s a happyending movie, I so can see them reconsille and all fluffy thing....
But I soo can`t wait for this movie. it would be hilariouse to see Scott all excited about sport

Aww great find Conny. Personally I'm not into sports movies even if it's in the background I find that it takes away fom the movie itself.

That being said I'm still hopeful for this movie. *crosses fingers*
