Yeah it is. I did like the music storyline at times but still missed her art. She could've at least continued doing it as a hobby if they didn't want her to make a career of it.

Its the same with lucas basketball storyline that went out the door

Yep season 1 lucas was all basketball and Peyton was all about her drawings s2 and onwards they stop it lucas gets that heart condition cant play basketball Peyton just well life gets hectic and stops drawing

Oh yeah, well things like that do happen in life so that's kind of realistic compared to other things on the show.

It was really nonsensical to make art such a huge part of her story in s1 and then almost completely abandon it without any explanation later. I don't mind her eventually giving up on whatever dreams of being an artist she might have had but I wish we'd seen how it happened on screen.
