OTH Ep 505 "I Forgot To Remember To Forget" Discussion Thread
"I Forgot To Remember To Forget" (TV-PG, L) (HDTV) DAPHNE ZUNIGA ("MELROSE PLACE") RETURNS In an episode set three years in the past, Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) visits Peyton (Hilarie Burton) in Los Angeles with an offer that will change their relationship forever. Under pressure from Victoria (guest star Daphne Zuniga, "Melrose Place"), Brooke (Sophia Bush) must make a difficult decision about the future of her clothing line. Whitey (guest star Barry Corbin) is concerned when Nathan's (James Lafferty) temper flares on the night of the college basketball championship. Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) struggles to balance the pressures of school and being a new mom. Lee Norris and Antwon Tanner also star. Lucas is at his computer...Lindsey comes in. She shows him an old picture...of a championship game..and she says..he looks so happy. She's never seen him so happy and wonders if she makes him happy, and if he would change anything. He tells her she makes him so happy and he wouldn't change anything (he's such a liar!). LL kiss and hug..and he eyes the picture.
Three years earlier..Whitey is talking with the guys...Lucas wants to look at more game tape. Whitey says for Lucas not to stay up late chatting with Peyton. __________________

LH talk. He tells Haley Peyton couldn't come back for the game. Lucas says he wants what Haley and Nathan have.

LP 4.09 flashback!
Nathan's team won the championship..and confetti is coming down..NH are celebrating (hugging/kissing) Lucas flashes back to 4.09. He looks sad. He soo wants Peyton there. __________________

Lucas becomes a coach. Whitey tells him to remember that there are more important things than basketball.
Lucas gets a message from Peyton that says Play this song when you win the championship. He plays the song..and smiles. The music playing in the scene when Lucas starts the song is Heartbeats! __________________
