And in a way that kiss also did lead to the wedding (eventually). That moment was when Lucas realized everything and that the love of his life was right in-front of him and that's something. It still gives me goosebumps everytime I re-watch this scene.
 Also (at least for me) it's more of a THANK GOD after 4 seasons we are endgame. LOL.Quote:

Looks like 1 is the winner!!!!
 the first time i saw the 409 scene man, i think i cried i was so happy.  FINALLYYYYYY....THE CONFETTI and the flashback and the "its you" and the panning of the camera, and the kiss, and the hair brush and the "ill be seeing ya" and heartbeats playing... man it was perfect.  and i loved the quote from 505 describing that moment too, "i was then and would always be in love with peyton sawyer" and i loved the bit of it that said it was as "denial" of the following truth... that pretty much explains what mark was thinking the whole time. That Lucas had just been denying and pushing away his feelings for Peyton all that time. |

 Really happy about it being 4.09 too. Any scene out of those remaining in the final rounds would have been a good choice, but 4.09 is just iconic for reasons Alexa already mentioned. |

I had a feeling it would win since it's such an iconic moment in LP history. It's not my favorite scene but it's a great one.
