Thanks all for the kind words. We've definetly turned over a new leaf this week. I'm glad I did post this thread...it seems there is focus on the board. I would like to hope this sustains into the summer months...but, I appreciate all the focus and posting. And RT - thanks for the thread ideas. And please, anyone else jump in...were open to suggestions. If you want us to have a certain thread, or an Awards thread...please bring it up.
