Paul/Felicia had such a good back/forth going on in this episode. What with the shortening, the exterminator... The bbq was a bit much, but well...that's Felicia.
Susan/Karl...I was kind of shocked she just slept with him. It seemed so out of the blue. But, I love there back/forth also, but overall, I'd rather see her stir things up with Trey McDougal then Karl ... Gabrielle...I loved how she didn't want the baby to change her life, forced her maid to watch her, and then...she ends up taking a motherly instinct and latched on realizing...she is a mother, and that is her child. I also loved the court scene "We only needed just the one" ... Just perfect! Bree/Andrew had such a rocky episode. But, to see her serving dinner to Andrew & Justin ... I think even Andrew realized what a big step that was in there path to reconciliation ... because, come on! It was a hoot seeing Bree's parents ... Carol Burnett was great as her step-mother ... she really did cut right into her. Poor Bree. But, I found it amusing when she put the porn box in front of her father. Lynette's storyline felt similar to alot of her storylines ... they are definetly B storylines. Meaning, they only last about an episode ... nothing really long term for her. But, I have to admit ... Lynette outside the office felt reminiscent of S1. Mike and a random date ... I think he even felt like it just didn't seem right. Julie was in an episode ... and had multiple lines. Wow...progress! No Applewhite's ... shocker! __________________

Yay we're back!
Awesome episode, from start to finish! Quote:
Oh, man . . . The discussion about the birds and the bees made me laugh way too hard and it's something that so many mothers could relate to. I love Mrs. McClusky and Lynette's facial expression when she found out the fudgicle deal just about killed me. LOVED Carol Burnett's preformance as much as I expected. The wig grooming was a great Melrose Place shoutout. It was really good to see things have settled between Andrew and Bree . .. For now. Oh, that porno stash . . . Those dysfunctional Solises. Gotta love 'em. Only Gabrielle could do yoga and take care of the baby at the same time. I thought it was sweet of Carlos to offer to take care of her while she was doing her exercises, especially after being so dang stubborn. So far, I like Orson. He's so much better than Karl. |

Susan: Our marriage was a stinking pile of garbage and I regret everything that ever came of it! (to Julie) Oh, not you honey. You're my rock.
I think Susan storyline was pretty good tonight except the stuff with Mike and Kyle Maclachan. Honestly, I really see no point of Mike's character anymore. But either way I love Karl and Susan together even though he is jerk I still find him so funny. Edie might be the former neighborhood **** but now I'd give that award to Susan. Mrs. McClutskey (eating a Fudgsicle as Lynette returns home from work): The big story was with Parker. He offered me a Fudgsicle if I would show him my vagina. (off Lynette's look of shock Oh, calm down, I didn't DO it, I took this one from the freezer. I love Kathryn Joosten hopefully she will get another emmy nod. But once again Lynette was filler but Parker is a cutie especially with the puppy at the end. I just realize how much Parker looks like Tom. Speaking of which where is Tom? He has been MIA for 3 episodes. Miss him. Carol Burnett was great I thought they would do more with the character but I am kind of glad they didn't. She fit in right. Also the actor who played Bree's dad Ronny Cox was also funny. "Where are the woman?" also: Bree: Andrew, I find your concern ironic given how tanked you were when you ran over our neighbour's mother with your car! Eleanor: Is she okay!? Bree: She's dead. All in Marcia Cross's amazing delivery. Loved her and Andrew going back in forth at each other with all their secrets. I love Justin, he is so cute and such a sweet guy. Andrew does not deserve him. That being said I love the ending with Bree inviting Justin over for dinner. Hopefully, a reconcilation is coming because I'm so bored of them always arguing. Thilled that this trust-fund storyline is over with. Baby Lily looks like she nine months old hee. Not as bad as Claire on Lost walking down the beach with a fake baby But Eva was funny again tonight loved: Judge: "I hope you're not planning on stealing any more babies." Gabby: "Actually, we just need the one." All in Eva's delivery. Carlos came off as jerk though in this episode imo. He kind of acted like Gaby was the only one suppose to take care of the baby. But I still love him. Also, loved all the housewives coming to see the baby and Gabby and Bree together at lunch. Oh also it was great to see Xiao Mei again. She makes me laugh. I love when Gabby realizes she left Lily by herself and came running back. Probably from now on she is gonna be a great mom. I love how she was doing yoga with Lily. Lastly, the Young storyline needs to go but Felicia can stays she kicks ass. Felicia: Shortening? That's used in cooking, not on doorsteps!" (as she is stirring shortening) A/A- for the episode MVP: Marcia, Eva, Teri __________________

Well, they were awesome lines. Of course, I had to mention them.
Am I the only one who likes Karl with Susan? She had no chemistry with that Orson guy and she doesn't with Mike either. I just think their a lot of fun together. And its always great to see Julie rolling her eyes at them. __________________

I love Karl/Susan ... but, I didn't like the whole idea of her having sex w/ him, and him lying about breaking up with Edie. I just thought that was a dumb move on Karl's part ... but, you can tell there is so much history between them, you kinda hope things do work out. But, if you've ever seen Gilmore Girls ... the way I see it, Karl is Christopher, Mike is Luke ... so, I have a feeling even if S/K get closer ... she's going to be back with Mike, and hopefully things will get alot more serious. It's so weird how similar the GG storyline is to DH. Crazy!

Felicia rules easily one of the best characters on the show.
Oh, I didn't mind Andrew last night mainly because he didn't seem too cartoonie like he has been lately imo. Still, don't think it gonna last that long. __________________

Yeah, I loved both L/C and L/L in earlier seasons... Now all guys are bothering me - including Logan.
Oh, right, DH board. Sorry. Other things I loved in this episode: Justin: We're more than friends... I love him Bree: Oh. Why? Her face was just priceless! And also the scene where Andrew and Bree are mentioning all the bad stuff they did while the grandparents are just staring... And Lynette when she sees that Mrs.McSomething has the cookie in her hand! __________________
