:wiggle: hey all! Had a fun thanksgiving weekend.

What did you do, Ken?

it was jam-packed. saw the muppets movie wednesday night. fun. very cute. great celeb cameos. turkey dinner at the house. watched 'horrible bosses' and ate lots of food. went black friday shopping at 7am-2pm, :yawn: long day! :thud: almost near passed out that night, but stayed up for 2 out-of-town friends visits. saturday went upstate in PA for dinner with family-friends, it was okay - I got a bit of a stomach ache. And sunday, I helped my dad setup xmas decs/piss him off. :sigh: it wasn't fun.

Sounds like a full weekend Ken.

My ad-free subscription for :ff: is up. I'm not used to all these ads, but it's less intrusive than it was in the past. So, I might stick with the ads for a while. :look:

I always get it. I figure it helps with funding :ff: and I hate ads. But they don't seem to be as obtrusive as previous layouts were. So I might hold off for a while.

Hows everyone been?

So, I'm holding off on finishing Breaking Dawn - right now. And I've yet to delve into Hunger Games or Girl w/the Dragon Tattoo, but... I did re-visit a book I moderately started over the Summer - "Hero" by Perry Moore. It's fantastic. It's about a teenage boy coming to terms with his sexuality and his father's acceptance, but... it's set basically in a world with working-class superheroes, and he himself has a power. And his Dad was a former superhero.

I love his writing style, but unfortunately... the author passed away, and this was his only published novel. :(

I loved Hunger Games! I still have to finish the last 2.

Thank goodness for Friday! :wiggle: I don't have any plans, but I don't need to have plans to be excited for the weekend.
