I just got a PM and received the email notification for it 7 times... it might be a problem with my email/internet, but I thought I'd mention it in case it isn't

I've heard of email notifications received 2 or 3 times, but I think 7 is a new record.

The FF server load has been very high today, I suspect that might have something to do with it.

I think that was it, then. I've received a few PM's since then and everything was back to normal.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I assume it is so here it is:

All day and part of last night, almost every new post I make says I've made a duplicate post. i have to go back to the thread/board I was posting on and refresh to make sure there's only one post.

I am only clicking the Post Reply button once. So I'm not sure what the issue is.

The site has been busier than usual the past few days, so that may have had something to do with it. Has it cleared up for you now?

There's a bit of time every month when the polls are inaccessable because the current polls have closed, but the new polls haven't been set up yet.

The November polls are up and working now.

i registered here in 2001 and have over 3,000 posts but since switching servers and email addy's i tried to get inot my old account but to no avail as i forgot my password also.....i only rem my user name june.r. and nothing else... is there any way i can get back into my old account???? i have re registered but would love my old account back as i had pm/email addy' stored there too. hope anyone here can help

Hi my username is Centerfinn here on FF but i changed my e-mail and was suppost to get an activation e-mail but i never got it could somebody please help me? because i cant post anymore just because i never got the email and it doesnt help when i send to lost password either, i really am Centerfinn and it is the right e-mail i changed to but how come i never got the activation letter?

You've checked your spam folder? We can get it reset, but it will be a while before anybody is on to do it.
