I dismantled the Christmas holly tree I made, took the lights off it and put them up in the kitchen. The long tube light packed in ages ago and the new bulb didn't work. The bulbs are expensive and I have to get them from a specialist shop, so without an electrician I'm stuck. I'm relying on motion sensor lights and thought the string lights would be functional as well as pretty.
