Hey there! I got a little problem. When i'm trying to download a new avatar i can't actually do it, although the size of the pic is less than 39,1 kb. It is bigger than 100 x 100 pixels, though. But i thought it can be either or? Or i'm mistaken?

Avatars have to meet both qualifications. You could resize it at a site such as Photobucket.com

Questions: Would it make more sense to just completely get rid of some of the boards that have been gone for years and years??? Would it save bandwidth??
Also, if some boards that have shows that havent been on in years, and their post count is living because of the ABC or Poster Below Me thread... why?

We have policies in place to verify that all boards have regular traffic. If a board goes 48 hours without a post, or doesn't meet monthly minimum post counts twice in 6 months then it is closed. Generally speaking, boards existing solely on game threads don't survive long because people tend to lose interest in doing that.

At one point we deleted closed boards, but it was decided that servers had space to keep them for reference. If that changes, I'm sure that policy will be reviewed by the Site Administrators.

Those closed boards use minimal site resources. Bandwidth is only used if people actually visit those boards.

For a few days now I keep getting redirected to sites called lemode-mgz.com and Men's Health etc, and it's getting so I'm finding it difficult to post anything on as it's happening all the time now. I use Google Chrome. Please could anyone let me know if you are having this problem too.

Others have reported the same problem. It seems to be an issue with one of the ads, and we're working on it.
