Basically it's all about having fun! I can't tell you what next WE is going to be like but last year we mostly played TV shows related games (Taboo, Charades, Pictionnary (Draw it)) at the hotel. We learned new words & concepts (personnal fav. Puddlejumper, Ovale desk, 3 men with a beard, Princess Sparkle & Power Chair). We also played Singstar, didn't sleep very much, went around the city, got to know each other and as a member of Team Blue defeated mischevious schemes of Team Red to compromise The Power Chair. But what I remember the most is laughing. Like I really laughed the whole time.
And really do not worry about not knowing anybody attending the WE because everybody is very friendly. I know I met great people there.

And this is going to sound totally OT- for everybody but a few people but:
Dan, they're considering opening a Starbucks in my hometown

Basically, though, it's a chance for members to meet up, get to know each other and have a great time.
