Celebrating Jerry D's 19th Anniversary as Site Administrator
19 YEARS

November 1, 2003 - November 1, 2022

Today we're celebrating 19 years
since Jerry accepted the responsibility of
becoming Fan Forum's Administrator!
Quite the milestone to stay at any job,
much less a voluntary position.

Jerry has been there to guide us through
server moves, software upgrades, shipper wars
and the turbulent years of the pandemic.
His leadership has helped Fan Forum
navigate some difficult times and
continue to be an active, vibrant place
for people to discuss their fandoms.

On behalf of the Management Team, and all our members,
Thank you Jerry for your dedication to this website.

or just say congratulations and help us celebrate

You've been doing a wonderful job and I really can't thank you enough. I always say this and I'm still going to say it. I would have left a long time ago if it wasn't for you. Thanks for always having my back and for being a good friend all these years. I was a newbie here many years ago and you made me feel welcome and at ease. You've given me chances in the past to improve and I'm forever grateful for that and that's why I've been working hard not to disappoint you again.

Also thank you for making a wonderful place to always come back to and even though there were times when it was stressful for me to even come on, knowing that you will be there and that I can open up to you is enough for me to power on. You are amazing, Jerry. Thank you SO MUCH and congrats!

(And Chris, thanks for organizing all of this!)

Wow Jerry! Amazing longevity

I know myself what a challenge it is to balance commitments in life, so major kudos to you for sticking with this position all these years.

I remember spending many hours in the Spoilers forum talking with you about shows of the early 00s and in Past forums such as Dawson's Creek and whatnot. Many fun, yet headache-inducing times. The boards were a riot 10 years ago!
